The letter was sent from José De Broucke to Luc Fierens in 1990 from Belgium to Belgium. The envelope is enriched with an artist’ stamp and a sticker with this sentence: Don’t be disappointed when Ray Johnson doesn’t answer your mail. Send it to THE TEMPLE and I will answer for him. Also on a backside there is a big sticker with theese messages: C.I.A. Control intoxicant art, the addresses of Kristof D’Haeseleer and José Van de Broucke, Romana Networkin Dept and two rubberstamps: Temple post MCMXC and 28-10-1990.
Inside there are a letter, a design for a rubberstamp “Mail art country, Belgium in the heart of Europe, a sort of collage of the “Fagagaga wedding”, a photo of Vince Laszlo – romanian mail artist and collage of two photo in a shape of a cross. On a backside a sticker with a sentence: THE TEMPLE. research and distribution of images
